For an old hotel the decor was amazing, awesome breakfasts and even though we did not have dinner there it looked and smelt amazing. Staff very helpful and definitely value for money.

The room at Lady Hamilton Hotel was clean, spacious, and had excellent WiFi connectivity. The staff were friendly and quickly resolved any issues I had with my room allocation. Although the breakfast options were limited, it was served on time and fresh. Despite the inconvenience of the parking being uncovered, the hotel's location on a quiet street made me feel safe. I would recommend this hotel for its good location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

Clean, friendly and peaceful surroundings, felt content and safe. Staff was well informed and very accommodating.
The chef/s were polite but their friendlyness was not in harmony with the rest of the staff. If it was windy the doors tend to rattle.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean rooms and basic amenities provided. The location in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and attended to. The rooms, some with a view of Table Mountain, are kept very clean and come with the added comfort of air conditioning. The breakfast, which includes cooked food, is included in the price and is a definite highlight.
All was just as expected, no issues to be mentioned.

The hotel was very convenient in terms of location. The rooms were clean and of good size. The street is quite but there are numerous restaurants in the neighbourhood. It was a really good value for money to stay at Lady Hamiltons.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite decent. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. It was located close to the center but still a peaceful and quiet location, with no traffic or lots of people on the street. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of lovely restaurants and the waterfront.
Nothing, all great.

The location of the hotel is amazing - we felt safe and happy to go out in the local area at night to the nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we liked that free tea and coffee was provided all day long, even though there was no kettle in the room. Rooms were very basic, but the value for money was fantastic so no complaints there! We only used the swimming pool once - it's small and freezing but nice for relaxing on a sunny day.
Not really the fault of the hotel but other guests tended to be very noisy - we were woken up most nights at midnight-ish by people coming home and again between 6 - 7am when people got up...I think the walls are pretty thin! The internet was very expensive - far cheaper to head onto Kloof Street to the internet cafe.

24hrs tea and coffee supply, clean rooms and toilets.
The bedroom door opens to main corridor which means any nose affects you and affects the quality of the stay.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options provided were great, with a friendly chef who makes sure that he communicates with everyone. Location was convenient, easily accessible from the airport and near to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The hotel feels a bit dated and in need of some maintenance and updates. The pool needs some maintenance, and the noise from the hallway can be heard clearly.

The staff were very helpful when I wished to change my room. The breakfast was excellant and the location was ideal for my purposes. Overall the staff from the manager down were friendly, helpful and efficient.
Some of the rooms are not ideal for a longer stay and hence my desire for a change. I would have prefered to be able to make tea or coffee in the room rather than collect it in the dining room, but there was always a choice available at any hour which I did take advantage of.
